Industrial Cleaner is a concentrated, non-corrosive, biodegradable, water-soluble cleaner used in the preparation of roof surfaces prior to coating application. Industrial Cleaner is U.S.D.A. and FDA approved, and meets all OSHA requirements.

5. INSTRUCTION FOR USE

• When cleaning roofs, dilute 10 parts water to 1 part cleaner.  Apply liberally at the rate of 150 to 200 square feet per gallon.  Allow the solution to stand for approximately 5 minutes before rinsing thoroughly. Do not allow to dry. Low areas and depressions in the roofing substrate containing excessive dirt or oils may require additional treatment(s). When cleaning walls or woodwork, use 2 oz per gallon. 
• Scrub or pressure-wash the entire surface, paying particular attention to low areas.
• Before cleaner dries, pressure- wash the surface with clean water. Rinse thoroughly with clear water and repeat rinsing as required to remove all cleaning solution.
• Repeat cleaning and rinsing procedures as required until a clean roof surface is obtained.
• Allow the substrate to dry completely prior to application of any coating.
